Requirements:
5 to 20 years software development experience with a stable employment background
Applicable financial industry experience can be especially valuable but is NOT REQUIRED. Experience with quantitative trading, algorithm implementation, and high-frequency trading are all of particular interest.
Experience in a wide range of industries developing software for telecommunications, data mining, compilers, and other low-level applications is desirable.
Expert knowledge Core Java programming or C++ if interested in migrating to Java. (the company will support the migration for someone with suitable C++ expertise.)
Strong knowledge of SQL and database development.
Real-time system development experience is desirable.
Strong mathematical and general analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to complete software projects quickly and efficiently.
Ability to handle a succession of numerous development projects
Ability to work as a peer with very smart and productive programmers.
MS, PhD, or BS in Electrical Engineering, computer science, math, physics, or similar field..
